Before you come in
Bring any vaccination record you have, the food your pet eats and a list of current medication. For most blood tests, no food for twelve hours — water stays available.

How soon will I hear back?
Within one working hour between 8:00 and 20:00. Requests sent overnight are answered first thing.
Is the time I picked confirmed?
Not yet. Reception checks the veterinarian’s list and confirms the exact slot with you.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes, by phone or by replying to the confirmation email. We ask for four hours’ notice where possible.
What does the first visit cost?
A general consultation is charged at the standard examination fee. Anything further is quoted in writing first.
