INSIDE THE CLINIC

A quieter kind of clinic visit

Most pets are frightened by noise and by each other. The building is arranged to keep those two things apart.

Low-stress environment

Matte flooring, sound-dampened walls and slip-free tables.

Separate waiting areas

Cats enter through their own door and never share a room with dogs.

Four consultation rooms

Disinfected between every appointment, with room for the whole family.

In-house laboratory

Blood, urine and cytology results in about thirty minutes.
PREVENTIVE CARE PLANS

Spread routine care across the year

Each plan covers the visits a healthy pet needs anyway, paid monthly, with discounts on dentistry and diagnostics.

Puppy & Kitten Care

For pets up to 12 months
Vaccination course, three health checks, parasite cover and microchipping.

Healthy Adult Pet

For pets aged 1 to 8 years
Annual examination, boosters, year-round parasite prevention and a dental check.

Senior Pet Care

For pets aged 8 years and over
Two examinations a year, blood screening, blood pressure and mobility review.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before your first visit

If your question is not here, reception answers the phone from 8:00 to 20:00 every day.

What should I bring to the first visit?

Any vaccination record you have, the food your pet eats and a list of current medication.

Do I need to fast my pet before blood tests?

For most panels, twelve hours without food. Water stays available. Reception will tell you when booking.

Can I stay in the room during the examination?

Yes, for consultations and most procedures. For X-rays you wait outside for radiation safety.

How do I get results?

In-house results are explained during the visit. Everything else appears in your account the same day.
